My current weight is 146. I’ve hit a plateau for about 3 months now… and it’s slightly disappointing. Yes, I have been a lot more busy with school and work, and my time to workout has diminished. But, I can’t let that be my only excuse.
I have started to cut down on my carbs and sugar intake. If you scroll through the meals I have been eating in the past, it’s a shit ton of carbs that are absolutely unnecessary.
I need to get a measuring tape so I can measure myself. I have my measurements from back in November/December. Let’s see how big the difference is tomorrow… :)

On a brighter note: LOST 16 LBS FINALLY!! I’m almost at the 140s!! :)
Currently: 151lbs.
DAMN. I ate a lot this weekend… It’s Easter Weekend… I couldn’t help the calories and I tried to stay within a reasonable portion size. I’m driving back to my college town tomorrow morning and have happy healthy eating again! YAY!

1/2 Friday’s Oreo Madness: 170 calories
Total Dinner: 670 calories
5 Chinese Dumplings: 260 calories
1.5 cups of Chinese Fried Noodles with Veggies: ~300 calories
Total Brunch: 560 calories
